Gone are the days when a golf training system mainly involved going over to the course and practicing your swing. This was hardly effective and for many unprepared golfers in poor physical condition often led to injury. These days golf training systems have become more sophisticated and the key objective is to get results. Modern golf training systems usually involve golf-specific exercises designed to strengthen muscles that are used in the game.Modern golf training systems also incorporate the use of exercise machines and equipment. The most effective of this seek to strengthen particular muscles and parts of the body that are critical to golf.Stretching exercises are also important in any good golf training system. The right stretch exercises, sometimes incorporating the use of dumbbells, can help dramatically improve a golf swing and the distance of the drive on the course. And stretching exercises do not have to be limited to the gym or exercise area. There are a number of stretch exercises that can be performed in the office, even while still seated on your chair. These have proved to be especially useful with many amateur golfers who hardly seem able to find the time to play golf, let alone spare a few hours at a crowded gym.Golfers however need to be extremely careful because not all golf training systems are designed by qualified people. The wrong golf exercise can be even more harmful than no exercise at all.The ideal situation is to have a golf training system that starts off dealing with the particular golf weaknesses you have, or at least emphasizing on them. As you see the positive effect the exercises are having on your game, it will then be the perfect incentive for you to stay on the exercise program and your golf training system.

What else can I say about the golf swing, that has not been said before?, the golf swing is what makes golfer who they are, looking for the perfect swings, the natural golf swing and constantly building your swing is what defines golfers. There are many approaches and methods for the golf swing and many different golf swing training aid, but the one thing they all have in common is that they all need practice, and if you ever played golf in your life, you know that this practice may take a little longer than the 3 hours you spend on the golf course every Saturday morning.Golf is a game that requires perfection in many different levels, even for those who want to reach a lower handicap, something around the 11-14 golf handicap means that you need to spend a lot of time practicing your swing, not to mention your bunker play, your mental game and the many different situations a golf ball on a golf course can create. Most golfers, or to be even more precise – most amateur golfers (not professionals) do not have enough time to work on their swing, I never met a golfer (and I met a few) that told me they had enough time to work on their swing, and that creates a huge problem, trying to get to the course (did you ever try to swing a golf club indoors? Don’t.) and manage some social life will not allow the average person enough time to work on his swing, and this is the exact reason why so many golf experts have devised many golf training aids to help golfers out.Golf training aids are meant to be used mostly in the home, in the office or at the park while spending time with the kids, most of them are not meant to be used on the golf course because once you are on the course you should focus on playing golf and not practicing it. Golf training aids can help you with your golf swing, it is not a guaranteed fact that you will get better, but having some kind of golf training aid will increase your chances to work on your swing – just because it will be more available to you.Constantly working on your swing, at home or at the office, for a few minutes a day can do wonders to your game. If you are taking golf lessons or you plan to go to a golf school to get better, than you absolutely should consider getting some golf training aid – it will make it easier for you to repeat what your golf instructor told you, it will give you the chance to keep working on that new thing you just understood on the range – every day, and wherever you want, it’s a great advantage. The golf swing training aid is the thing that you should invest in before putting money into lessons and golf schools, just because it will allow you to do what they teach you every day, or at least twice as much as you can today (when visiting your golf club or a golf course near your home). There is no doubt that the most significant thing in golf is the swing, and someone told me that golfers think about golf every 3 minutes on average (I know I do) I am pretty sure that most than half of these thoughts are golf swing thoughts… put more time into it, and get better, by using a golf swing training aid.

For golf fans, whether professional or just starting out, the quest for the perfect swing is often a top priority for perfecting their game. While some golfers may have the resources to pay professional trainers to help improve their game, others may look to improve their swing through golf swing trainers such as the Refiner Golf Training Aid. How a golf swing trainer device works, the diversity of the aids available, the effectiveness of the product, and the reputation of the manufacturer are all things that a golfer looks for when deciding on which golf swing training device to use. This article will explore the Refiner Golf Training Aid and try to determine if this product can live up to its claims.
The Refiner Golf Training Aid works on a patented hinge principal which claims to make it possible to improve your swing by feel instead of swing mechanics. Refiner Golf states that a golfer uses the Refiner Golf Training Aid just as they would a normal club throughout the swing up to the point of connecting with the ball. If anything is wrong in the golfers swing, the club will hinge and make it impossible to finish the swing to completion. It is said that the Refiner Golf Training Aid can detect and help improve problems such as excessive grip pressure, an open or closed club face, bad swing plane, and improper lower body movements. Aside from the ability to detect such swing problems, the Refiner Golf Training Aid also comes with a variety of clubs.
Most golfers will realize that in addition to using a driver to hit the ball a long distance they also need to improve their skills in using other types of clubs in order to hit the ball a shorter distance, chip, and putting. Because of this fact, the Refiner Golf Training Aid program offers four styles of clubs including a driver, a 5 iron, a chipper, and a putter. The website says that you can purchase these clubs separately depending on your specific needs or pick from three different combination packages of clubs for specific goals. The clubs are offered in men, women, and junior lengths with some, but not all, available with a left hand option or you can custom order specific length clubs if needed.
The Refiner Golf Training Aid makes some awesome and what would seem to be difficult o believe claims but testimonials on their website indicate that they have many satisfied customers. The company claims that while there are other hinged golf swing training aids available, the Refiner Golf Training Aid product is superior due to its patented hinge design that can easily be calibrated by the user to suit their own preferences. With the purchase of any Refiner Golf Training Aid product, you will also get a 30 minute instructional video with PGA trainer Rick Bradshaw demonstrating how to use the product. The Refiner Golf Training Aid has been around since 1992 and is said to have a solid reputation in the golfing industry. Refiner Golf is said to have an excellent warranty on all of their trainers and offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you feel that your golf game does not improve. It is also said that Refiner Golf employs a unique advertising strategy which brings the cost of its product down to a level other companies can not meet.
As you may now realize there are many reasons why the Refiner Golf Training Aid is getting a lot of attention thorough out the golfing world. With its inexpensive price, variety of clubs, and patented design, it may well live up to its claims. While most companies make claims that are hard to believe, reviews of the Refiner Golf products do indicate that while people are not becoming golfing professionals over night, the Refiner Golf Training Aid products do improve their game.

I have been playing golf for years and have tried all sorts of swing aids and paid out thousands of dollars in coaching so when a friend of mine suggested trying out the Golf Swingyde training aid, I gave him a sceptical look and mumbled some derisive comments under my breath! The sheer thought of trying another contraption that was meant to somehow transform me into a “World Class Golfer” in a matter of minutes as just beyond a joke. Things became even more hilarious when he pulled this yellow bit of plastic and an elastic band from his pocket and suggested that I give it a whirl.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, he talked me into giving up 5 minutes and a couple of my practice balls by telling me that I would be amazed by the difference in my swing after few drives using the Swingyde golf training aid.
So, I reluctantly took the Swingyde and attached it to my golf club and headed over to the practice range clutching an elastic band in my other hand. My friend explained to me that the idea of the Swingyde is that it keeps your arms and wrists in the correct position to maintain a perfect swing arc. The real benefit is that if you use it regularly to practice then it can help you to develop the habit of keeping your arms and wrists in the correct position, even when you’re not using the Swingyde. On reaching the booth, and feeling a little silly, I through a few balls down on the ground and got into position.
First, I tried a few practice swings, without the elastic band in place. I just couldn’t yet bring myself to getting strapped into this little yellow piece of practice and thought that at least I no one would notice if I wasn’t physically attached to it! But, as a I swung, I found myself concentrating too much on the position of the Swingyde, rather than relaxing and allowing it to guide me though my swing. So, I finally gave in and attached the elastic band and I’m glad I did! The band helps to keep the Swingyde in position and when you bring your arms up to the top of the swing, the Swingyde just falls into place.
I am reluctant to admit that this unassuming piece of plastic could transform my swing quite so quickly but I have to say that I have never seen such an improvement in my game. From having a particularly bad day, slicing the golf ball all over the place, I went to driving the ball in a straight line over 200 yards – which is nothing short of a miracle for me! In my opinion, this little gadget is a god-send for golfers like me and I’ve since rushed out and purchased my very own Swingyde.

Where could be a better place to learn to or improve your game than golf training Thailand? There are many wonderful courses in the country with many in beautiful resorts like Bangkok, Hua Hin and Phuket to name a few, these courses have absolutely fantastic scenery that can be admired as the rounds are played.
There are many packages available to learn the game, whether you are a complete beginner or if you have years of experience and just want to brush up on some of your skills, there is something to suit everyone.
Lessons tailored to give you the best start to the game, making the initial games relaxed and fun for the beginner are offered over one to three days. As well as offering full days the package can be broken down in short periods covering individual aspects of the game, for example, full swing lessons, bunker lessons and putting lessons.
To increase the level of your skills you could take an intermediate course, these vary in length from one day to three day schools, these intermediate coursed look towards improving your swing, bunker skills and putting as well as making sure you know what all the various clubs are for and when to use them. The intermediate course will give the player tips on how to lower your score and lower your handicap.
Short game packages also concentrate on lowering a players score, this level of course looks at improving putting, chipping and pitching to improve a players overall performance and lower handicaps.
For all players, whatever level of play they are at, it can be a good idea to take advantage of the equipment available at your local performance centre, these centres usually have up to date technical equipment that can be used to improve both long and short games. This equipment usually includes golf simulators, launch monitors, digital videos and body motion analysis, this technology along with the instructors can see areas of your swing that can be worked on to improve your game.
To improve putting techniques, the performance centers have synthetic putting greens, these are free off all the flaws of the real thing, for example, uneven grass, unsuitable grass conditions caused by the weather and other problems which may be of natural cause. As these synthetic putting greens are designed to represent perfect conditions, it is easy for an instructor to watch the player and see where the strengths and weaknesses in the swing are and to suggest how these may be improved upon.

Finding out your “physical and mental limitations” is the first step towards a lifelong better game of golf. Once you find out what’s keeping you from making that perfect swing with your golf irons, you can set up a game plan to improve it.
It may be flexibility or a matter of adjustment or changes and even mental issues, or it may be a strength issue. But either way, you’ve got to find out what it is. Even veteran golfers are not spared from this. Is golf training program really works?
The most common issue is flexibility. Not being able to rotate your body fully on the backswing (this may even injure your back or spine), creating that power and torque for maximum speed of your taylormade 2009 burner plus driver.
If your back swing is cut short, you may even lose yards on your drives! And I say again; no amount of lessons or hitting balls will make that any better. You’ve got to do specific golf stretches to improve this limitation.
Now on the other side of these limiting factors is strength, specific to golf. And one of the most common limitations is weak the back of the upper leg. The role of this is critical. It allows you to maintain your golf posture throughout the swing and for 18 holes. It prevents undo strain on your lower back. And can give you a steady, comfortable position while putting with your Odyssey White Hot XG #5 Putter.
If your hamstrings are weak, I can almost say with certainty, you’ve got some low-back pain or injury. This is prevalent in older golfers and even the younger ones too.
Back pain is the number reason to keep a golfer from playing his/her best. Have you ever walked off the course with your back in pain? I’m sure at one time or another you have. You can’t just enjoy this game of golf, if your hamstring is weak. So, is there a solution for this without injuring your back and up your golf level.
Now do you think hitting more balls or taking more lessons will improve this? I think you know the answer.

Golf instruction tips, before the use of advanced technology such as golf swing software, golf training equipment, dvd and simulators used to be mainly confined to newspapers and magazines. The increasing use of advanced technology means that the role of golf swing tips has lessened considerably..because now with golf swing trainers, dvd box sets and golf swing software which allows your teaching pro to analyse and critique your swing and look at it in the whole.Golf instruction tips in this environment have a limited role..somewhat akin to putting on sticking plaster when you are suffering from pneumonia. There is no doubt that some tips will help you improve your swing and scores in the short term. But there is a certain placebo effect at work here..and if your swing is fundamentally unsound then a more thorough overall approach will reap rewards in the long run.Tips that you may receive from your friends or teaching pro will assist you practically immediately, but if your overall swing is fundamentally flawed through poor fundamentals such as grip, set up or posture, then your original problem will occur again. It is for this reason that I would strongly advise that you make the most of the advances in technology such as the use of golf swing software, high speed photography and golf dvd to improve your swing. You can learn more about golf swing trainers, golf training equipment and the full benefits of modern technology at my blog..

Play better golf, improve your game, perfect your swing, lower your handicap… or not!
The object of the game of golf is to shoot pars, birdies, eagles, double eagles and aces. How do you do it? Hit the golf ball down the middle of the fairway – chip it onto the green and putt it into the cup!
All golfers have this as their goal, but they are more likely shooting bogeys, double bogeys, triple bogeys, the snowman, the hangman and the Bo Derek due to their less than perfect swing. They are teeing up their ball, swiveling their hips, putting a death grip on the club and attempting to kill the ball. The results are the hosel rocket, the duck hook, the banana ball, the wormburner or the dreaded chili dip.
Is it the bum club or the bum behind the club?
You can tell a person who loves the game of golf by his brightly colored neat attire, his bright and shiny golf shoes, his professional looking bag, sparkling clubs and he actually uses new brand name balls. He studies the game and even goes to the driving range to practice. He’s always looking for ways to improve his game and probably plays quality courses with fellow golfers better than him.
Then there is the duffer who only plays goat tracks, has old scrufty clubs, wears shorts and tennies and uses range balls. He is only interested in joking around and getting to the 19th hole for hot dogs and beer. He plays golf about once a month, slices his drives, airmails his chip shots but is a putt putt whiz – he drops 50 footers regular and often.
If you are still reading this you are probably a serious golfer and are always looking for ways to improve your game. It seems like everyone these days is willing to share golf secrets with you through the “best” golf training system in the world – so why check out our training aids? Because you need to be collecting money from your buddies at the 19th hole instead of paying them!
