		<description>My favorite is to take a kid&#039;s &quot;floatee&quot; or &quot;water wing&quot;, inflate it, and then slip it over your right arm so that the inflated &quot;bubble&quot; rests over the top of your bicep, just past the elbow.  Make a swing and notice how your right arm can&#039;t collapse on your backswing (it&#039;s in a perfect L shape) and how much more width and extension is created.  Great, great tool.</description>
