Rory is still learning his trade, maybe he has yet to learn the intricacies of the game,or have the course management so that even when playing badly he can still shoot -2 , but make no mistake Rory has all the necessary skills to be the best I followed him last year around Kings Barns in the Dunhill he’s ball striking is very special,the face of his Titleist D2 driver was as new except a tiny patch bang in the centre of the club which was very worn trust me the lad has it.

Thats what makes him so good, his flexibility.
And thats why every injury can make it worse than it is at the moment.
However, its a very good swing, even if I dont like it, because for me, its to rational.
I like swings like from Phil, Ernie Els, Immelman and Vijay Singh, they are a lot more entertaining and they all have a special character.
Tigers swing is one of the best, but not one of the most beautiful in my opinion.

If you only hit it 80 yards further with your driver than you do your 6 iron you’re certainly doing something wrong.

this is the thing about tiger, his life was a perfect coincidence for golfing. His body type coupled with Earl Woods knowledge of what a golf swing should be. So you could have the same work ethic, be just as mentally tough and be playing from the same age but you might not turn out as good. But I like to think about it the other way, you might turn out better. (not me personally but ya know what I’m saying)

yup, definately worth trying, just dont buy one of those giant pvc circles that claim to instantly give you great form
